摘要
目的探讨射频消融术联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法选取2017年1—12月在沈阳急救中心门诊就诊的胃食管反流病患者45例,依据治疗意愿和方法不同分为观察组22例和对照组23例。观察组采用奥美拉唑联合射频消融术治疗,对照组采用射频消融术联合多潘立酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为90.91%,对照组为86.96%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.003,P>0.05)。两组治疗后1周生活质量指数评分均较治疗前有所改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在治疗期间均未见严重不良反应或并发症。结论射频消融术治疗胃食管反流病安全有效,适用于对药物治疗有禁忌或长期不能耐受药物治疗者,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods Forty-five patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,which were collected in our hospital from January,2017 to December,2017,were divided into observation group and control group according to their treatment intention and methods.The observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with radiofrequency ablation,and the control group was treated with omeprazole combined with dompefidone.Results The total effective rate was 90.91%in the observation group and 86.96%in the control group,respectively(Z2=0.003,P>0.05).The scores of quality of life index(QLI)after one week treatment in the two groups significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions or complications occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective in the treatment ofgastroesophageal reflux disease,which is suitable for those who have eontraindieafion or long-term intolerance to drug therapy,and is worth popularizing.
