摘要
源于名山大川的中国风景名胜区,将自然和文化高度融合,不仅保存了优美独特的自然景观,而且孕育了极为灿烂丰富的历史文化,体现了天人合一等高超的生态伦理和智慧,对民族的宇宙观、国家观、价值观和人生观等产生重大影响,是中国历史上国家的象征、思想的载体、精神的家园、文明的诗史。在生态文明建设和国家公园体制构建的时代背景下,风景名胜区应该作为和谐发展的典范、文明互鉴的使者、美丽中国的代表以及美好生活的家园,作为最具中国特色的保护地,作为保护地体系中的独特类型,承担更重要的使命。
Originating from famous mountains and rivers, China's scenic and historic areas have highly integrated nature and culture. They not only preserved the beautiful and unique natural landscape, but also nurtured a splendid and rich historical culture, embodied the superb ecological ethics and wisdom of the unity of heaven and man, and exerted a great influence on the national outlook on the universe, state, values and the outlook on life. They are the symbols of the country in Chinese history, the carrier of thought, the home of spirit and the epic of civilization. Under the background of the construction of ecological civilization and national park system, scenic and historic areas should serve as models of harmonious development, messengers of mutual learning, representatives of beautiful China and homes for a better life, as a kind of protected areas with Chinese characteristics, as independent types in the protected areas system, and shoulder more important missions.
