摘要
为了研究多方因素对矿区土地退出行为的综合作用,将扎根理论方法应用到矿区土地退出领域中,通过对访谈记录等质性资料进行三重编码后,得到影响矿区土地退出的"政策环境、负担因素、土地增值、土地再开发、增值收益分配"5个主范畴。根据其中的相互关系建立结构方程模型,并加以检验,得到矿区土地退出影响因素模型,为政府和企业共同推动矿区平稳退出提供决策依据。
In order to study on the several of factors on the mining area land quitting,the grounded method is used to identify the influence factors.By triple coding the qualitative date such as the interview records,a model is established by "policy environment","burden factors","land redevelopment","land value increment" and "incremental value distribution".Then the model is tested by structural equation modeling and all the paths pass the test.It provides decision-making basis for both government and mining enterprise to collaborate to quit the mining land to city construction smoothly and efficiently.
