摘要
煤炭开采造成大量土地资源的破坏。对破坏土地进行复垦,实现土地可持续利用,成为煤矿发展循环经济的关键环节。目前我国煤矿土地复垦中存在着基础理论研究不足、技术推广困难、历史遗留问题多、法律制度不健全等问题,解决这些问题,要采取加强土地复垦理论、技术经济的研究及土地复垦技术的推广,完善相关法律制度以形成煤矿土地复垦的支撑体系。
Coal mining caused damage of a great deal of land resources.It is the key link apparently in the development of circular economy to reintegrate the destroyed land in order to achieve continuable utilization of land resources in mining area.The paper introduces the technological methods of the land reclamation,analyzes the problems of land reclamation and clarifies the importance of establishing economic supporting system for it.
