摘要
目的针对目前军队医院科技军民融合工作中发现的问题,结合其发展目标和任务,探索一条适合新时代需要的全方位、深层次、多领域合作的军民融合发展之路,为军队医院科技军民融合发展提供参考。方法通过阅读相关文献,学习目前医院科技军民融合工作的经验及教训,在结合实践的基础上探讨军队医院科技军民融合发展方式。结果从4个方面(战略创新、机制完善、平台建设、人才互动)探索优化军队医院科技军民融合的发展过程及其在提高医学科技创新能力中的重要意义。结论军队医院作为军民融合的对象,应推动科技创新体系中各主体之间、创新链条各环节之间的军民互动,进一步提升科技创新能力,促进综合卫勤保障能力的提高。
Objective To explore an all-directional,deep-level and multi-field cooperation path for the development of military and civilian integration in a new era based on problems found in the integration of science and technology and development goals and tasks in military hospitals at present,and provide reference for the integration of science and technology in military hospitals. Methods Through reading the related literature and learning the experience and lessons of the current military and civil integration work,the development mode of integration of military and civilian science and technology in military hospitals was discussed on the basis of practice. Results From four aspects,the strategic innovation,mechanism improvement,platform construction and talent interaction to emphasize the importance in the process of optimizing integration of military and civilian science and technology in military hospitals and improving the ability of medical science and technology innovation. Conclusion As the object of military and civilian integration,military hospitals should promote the military-civilian interaction among the main parts of the innovation system and the links of the innovation chain,further improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation and comprehensive medical support.
