董茂生，男，主任医师，专业技术5级，大校军衔，硕士生导师。曾任解放军第86医院院长，南京军区联勤部卫生部医疗管理处处长，现任南京军区杭州疗养院院长。担任中华医学会健康管理专业委员会常委，中国康复医学会疗养康复专业委员会副主任委员，全军疗养医学专业委员会副主任委员，南京军区医学科学技术委员会常务委员，南京军区疗养医学专业委员会主任委员，浙江省医院管理学会常务理事、浙江省医学会健康管理专业委员会副主任委员。参与编写出版专著2部，在全国各专业杂志上发表论文30余篇。先后承担总部和军区科研基金课题5项，获军队科技进步二等奖1项，医疗成果二等奖2项，三等奖2项。
