摘要
阐述了前端控制、全过程管理和业务流程重组,分析了网络环境下档案业务流程重组的实施现状及其必要性,认为档案业务流程应进行重组或再造,论述了档案业务流程重组的实现途径:管理理念再造、业务内容再造、组织机构再造。
The paper illustrates the front-end control, whole process management and business process reorganization, analyzes the present situation and necessity of business process reorganization under the network environment. It thinks archives business process should be reorganized or rebuilt, and discusses the path of business process reorganization: management concept rebuilding, business content rebuilding and organization rebuilding.
