摘要
文章在评述我国档案工作发展历程的基础上,探索明晰了档案业务流程再造的内涵,并提出了适应新时期大数据环境条件的档案业务流程再造方法,包括内容消减与整合、环节简化、流程细化、信息化水平和人员业务能力提升,将为达成档案全息采集、分布存储、智能开发和智慧服务的大数据时代档案管理发展目标奠定基础,有效促进我国档案服务供给侧结构性改革。
After analyzing the development of archival work in China,the paper presents the connotation of archival business process re-engineering and proposes the method of archival business process re-engineering to adapt to the big data conditions in the new era,including abolishing inefficient content,integrating relative work content,simplifying work link,refining process,promoting informatization level and enhancing professional skill,which lay the foundations for the management and development of archive management in big data era.That goal is composed of holographic acquiring,distributed store,intelligent development,and smart services,which will promote the structural reform of supply side for archive services in China.
