摘要
运用文献资料法等分析辽宁省运动休闲小镇的发展经验及启示。全域旅游视阈下开发运动休闲小镇的意义:推动产业结构升级,拓宽体育产业的进步空间;推动经济融合发展,激发"体育+旅游"的消费活力;推动旅游资源建设,提高居民生活的幸福指数。辽宁省运动休闲小镇建设经验:打造特色突出的体育主题;建立市场化盈利模式和完整产业生态系统;构建政府引导、市场主导、大众参与的多元治理体系。启示:凝练特色鲜明的休闲小镇主题;建立完善的运动休闲小镇运营机制;运动休闲小镇区域定置与合理布局;全域服务运动休闲小镇,加强人才培育。
This paper uses the literature reviews and some other research methods to studies the development experience and enlightenment on construction of sports and leisure towns. The conclusions are as follows: Upgrade on industrial structure and widen the development path of sports industry;Promote economic integration and inspire the consumption vitality of "sports + tourism";Promote the construction of tourism resources and improve the happiness of residents. The experiences on the development of Liaoning sports and leisure town'construction: Establish a market-based profit model and a complete industrial ecosystem;Construct a multi-governance system with government guidance, market leadership, and public participation. Based on this experience, it is proposed to enlighten the development of sports and leisure towns: Consolidate the theme of leisure towns with distinctive features;Establish the operation mechanism of sports and leisure towns;Fixed and rational layout of sports and leisure towns;Served the sports and leisure towns in the whole region and strengthened talent cultivation.
