摘要
目的观察不同针灸顺序治疗在面瘫患者康复期的应用效果。方法将本院2016年5月—2018年5月收治的面瘫患者86例进行分组,随机分为对照组和实验组,各43例,对照组采取先针刺再闪罐治疗;实验组采取先闪罐后针刺治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗时间、疼痛率及患者满意率。结果经比较,两组患者治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),实验组治愈时间、疼痛率、满意率均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对面瘫患者康复期采取先闪罐后针刺治疗法,刺激面部经络,疏通淤阻经络,配合针灸治疗,缩短治疗时间,减少针刺疼痛率,提高患者满意率。
Objective To observe the effect of different sequential acupuncture therapy in recovery of facial paralysis patients. Methods 86 cases of facial paralysis patients who were admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with first prick and then twinkling cupping, the experimental group was treated with first twinkling cupping and then prick, the therapeutic effect, the duration time of treatment, pain rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results Comparison result showed that, there was no significant difference in therapeutic effect of the two groups (P > 0.05). The healing time, pain rate and satisfaction rate in the experimental group were better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For the convalescence period of facial paralysis patients, first twinkling cupping and then prick method can stimulate the facial meridian, dredge silt and blocking meridians, combined acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can shorten the time of treatment, reduce the rate of acupuncture pain and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
