摘要
目的探讨局远配穴针刺联合腺苷钴胺穴位注射在周围性面瘫患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年3月—2021年2月北京市鼓楼中医医院收治的周围性面瘫患者82例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例.对照组采用局远配穴针刺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗,均持续治疗30 d.对比分析两组治疗前后的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、面瘫症状、面神经功能.结果治疗前,两组H-B面神经功能分级、Portmann评分、面神经功能指数(facial nerve functin indea,FNFI)相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组H-B面神经功能分级优于对照组,Portmann评分、FNFI均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论局远配穴针刺联合腺苷钴胺穴位注射能够有效促进周围性面瘫患者面神经功能恢复,改善面瘫症状,加快病情康复.
Objective To explore the application value of acupuncture with local acupoints and remote acupoints combined with acupoint injection of cobamamide in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A selection of 82 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to February 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture with local acupoints and remote acupoints,and the study group was treated with acupoint injection of cobamamide on the basis of the control group,both groups continued treatment for 30 d.The House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification,facial paralysis symptoms,and facial nerve function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in H-B facial nerve function classification,Portmann score,and facial nerve functin indea(FNFI)(P>0.05);after treatment,the H-B facial nerve function classification of the study group was better than that of the control group,Portmann score and FNFI were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture with local acupoints and remote acupoints combined with acupoint injection of cobamamide can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function in patients with peripheral facial paralysis,improve the symptoms of facial paralysis,and speed up the recovery of the condition.
