摘要
根据负荷批量控制系统在娄底电网的应用情况,基于娄底电网的实际情况,结合地调E8000系统建设,研发了适用于娄底电网的负荷批量控制系统。阐述系统总体架构和软件功能,结合试验验证了该批量负荷快速控制系统的各项功能。由于控制系统的设计先进合理,运行稳定可靠,切实提高了发生事故紧急情况下调控机构对负荷控制的精准度和时效性。
In this paper,the application of load batch control system in Loudi power grid is introduced. Based on the actual situation of Loudi power grid,and combined with the construction of ground adjustment E8000 system,a load batch control system suitable for Loudi power grid is developed. The overall architecture of the system and software features is described. The combined test verifies the functions of the batch load rapid control system. The design of the control system is advanced and reasonable,the operation is stable and reliable,and the accuracy and timeliness of the control of the load control mechanism in the emergency of the accident is effectively improved.
