摘要
弹跳素质是篮球运动员身体素质重要的组成部分,是篮球技战术实施和发挥的重要基础。笔者运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对弹跳素质概念、影响因素、训练原则、训练手段进行分析,力求用言简意骇的表达方式概括篮球运动员有关弹跳素质的研究。研究分析可知,全身协调的爆发力、起跳方式、起跳技巧将会影响弹跳的高度;在弹跳素质训练中应严格遵守循序渐进、超量恢复、全面发展和针对性原则来提高篮球运动员的弹跳素质;专项训练、力量训练与田径训练相结合的训练手段有助于提高篮球运动员的弹跳素质。
Bounce quality is an important part of basketball players' physical f itness and an important basis for the implementation and play of basketball skills and tactics. The literature data method and logic analysis method are used to analyze the concept of bouncing quality, inf luencing factors, training principles and training methods, and strive to summarize the research on basketball players' bounce quality with simple and concise expression. Research and analysis can be seen that the systemic coordination of explosive power, takeoff method, and takeoff skills will affect the height of bounce;in the bounce quality training, strict follow-up, over-recovery, comprehensive development and targeted principles should be adopted to improve the bounce quality of basketball players;special training The combination of strength training and track and f ield training will help improve the bounce quality of basketball players.
