摘要
原地双手头上掷实心球现在已成为南京市体育中考的重点项目之一,但是在教学过程中一直没有形成一个科学系统的教学模式。本文运用文献资料法,通过教学实践,对原地双手头上掷实心球的技术动作、练习方法及练习过程中学生常出现的错误动作及纠正方法认真剖析,旨在探索实心球在中学体育中的教学模式。原地双手头上投掷实心球现在是初中阶段的必修内容之一,是以力量为基础,以动作速度为核心的投掷项目,锻炼学生的上肢力量与全身协调配合能力。笔者总结了多年的教学与学习经验与大家进行交流和分享。
Place both hands on the head shot has now become one of the key projects of Nanjing City Sports senior high school entrance examination,but in the process of teaching has not formed a scientif ic system of teaching mode,this paper uses the methods of literature,through the teaching practice,technical movements in situ hands head solid ball throwing,careful analysis and corrective action practice error methods and practice of students often appear.
