摘要
随着集装箱船舶的大型化发展,传统人工拆装集装箱扭锁方式制约了码头作业效率的提升,自动拆装扭锁技术成为发展方向。分析了当前自动拆装扭锁的技术难点和技术方案,并根据洋山深水港四期自动化双小车岸桥中转平台拆装扭锁的自动化需求,提出自动拆装扭锁的改造方案。
With the large-scale development of container ships,the improvement of wharf operation efficiency is restricted by the traditional manual disassembly container twist lock,and the automatic disassembly twist lock technology is becoming the development direction.The technical difficulties and schemes of automatic disassembly twist lock at present are analyzed,and the automation requirements for the disassembly twist lock of the automatic double-trolley quay crane transfer platform in the Yangshan Phase IV are studied.Based on the above research,the modification scheme of automatic disassembly twist lock is proposed.
