摘要
目的探讨芒硝袋外敷脐周联合足三里按摩对腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的效果。方法按随机数字表法将90例行腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者随机分成观察组,对照组1,对照组2,各30例。观察组予芒硝袋外敷脐周联合足三里按摩。对照组1予单纯足三里按摩。对照组2予单纯芒硝袋外敷脐周。观察比较3组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间。结果 3组腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两两比较结果显示:观察组腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间均低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.001);观察组腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者术后首次肛门排气时间均低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.01);观察组腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者术后首次排便时间均低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.001);结论芒硝袋外敷脐周联合足三里按摩能有效促进腹腔镜肝叶切除术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,比单一应用芒硝外敷或单一应用足三里按摩疗效更佳。
Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Glauber’s salt of umbilical cord combined with point massage of Zusanli on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received external application of Glauber’s salt of umbilical cord and point massage of Zusanli.Control group 1 was given only point massage of Zusanli and control group 2 only the external application of Glauber’s salt.The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time were compared between the three groups.Results The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the 3 groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of the intergroup comparison showed that the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds(P<0.001),the first anal exhaust time(P<0.01)and the first defecation time in the observation group were earlier than that in control group 1 and 2(P<0.001).Conclusion External application of Glauber’s salt of umbilical cord combined with point massage of Zusanli can effectively promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.
