摘要
当轮胎式起重机采用闭式泵驱动双液压马达时,由于设备自身的重心不在两个马达间距的中心,会使马达受力不同,从而导致两侧转速不同。为保证直行时马达同步、转向时马达自适应差速,采用分流集流阀控制马达同步,采用电磁阀作为连通开关,控制马达同步与非同步模式的切换。利用AMESim软件对系统进行建模与仿真,验证了系统原理的正确性,实践中取得良好效果。
When a tire crane uses a closed pump to drive double hydraulic motors,the center of gravity of the equipment itself is not at the center of the distance between the two motors,which will cause the motors to bear different forces,resulting in different rotational speeds on both sides.In order to ensure the motor synchronization during straight travel and the motor adaptive differential speed during steering,the flow distributing and collecting valve is used to control the motor synchronization,and the solenoid valve is used as the communication switch to control the switching of the synchronous and asynchronous modes of the motor.The AMESim software is used to model and simulate the system to verify the correctness of the system principle and good results has been obtained in practice.
