摘要
乡村振兴战略是十九大报告中的七大战略之一,是全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化全国的重大战略任务,特色小镇建设是加快新型城镇化的有效途径;"一带一路"倡议的实施为广西壮族自治区钦州坭兴陶产业发展带来了新契机,2016年,钦州市完成了《钦州坭兴陶文化创意产业园》的规划编制,决心打造钦州坭兴陶特色小镇;但钦州坭兴陶特色小镇建设面临许多问题需要解决,其中专业人才队伍建设是关键;因此,基于目前钦州坭兴陶产业发展和坭兴陶特色小镇建设的基础上,提出几点关于坭兴陶特色小镇专业人才队伍建设的对策建议。
The strategy of rural revitalization is one of the seven strategies in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress. It is the important strategic task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and building a modern socialist country in an all-round manner. The Construction of small towns with characteristics is an effective way to accelerate the new urbanization. The implementation of the “Belt and Road”initiative has brought new opportunities for the development of Nixing pottery industry in Qinzhou, Guangxi Province. In 2016, Qinzhou completed the planning of Qinzhou Nixing Pottery Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, determined to build Qinzhou Nixing pottery characteristic small town. However, there are many problems to be solved in the construction of small town with nixing pottery characteristics in Qinzhou, in which the construction of professional personnel is the key. Therefore, based on the development of the Nixing pottery industry in Qinzhou and the construction of the small town with characteristics, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the professional talents.
