摘要
巴基斯坦某滨海风电场是"一带一路"示范项目——中巴经济走廊建设计划中的优先发展项目。根据该风电场实际案例,阐述在项目设计、接入系统报审、施工等方面遇到的关键问题并给出解决方法。通过该典型案例,可以全面了解巴基斯坦风电实施过程中的重点难点问题,若在建设前能充分掌控这些难点问题,则可降低建设难度,加快项目进程,提高施工质量,确保项目顺利实施和按期投产。
The coastal wind farm in Pakistan is a priority project in the "One Belt and One Road" demonstration project - the construction planning of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. According to the practical case of the wind farm, the key problems encountered in project design, access system review and construction, etc. are elaborated and solutions are proposed. Through this typical case, we can fully understand the key and difficult problems in the implementation of wind farm in Pakistan. If all these key problems are controlled before construction, it is possible to reduce the construction difficulty, speed up the project progress, improve the construction quality, and ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the project on schedule.
