摘要
Schiff碱是指含有碳氮双键的一类化合物。本实验以2-乙酰基吡嗪、2-吡啶甲醛和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚为原料合成了两种对称Schiff碱,使之与金属盐反应,得到了配合物。通过红外光谱、荧光等手段进行了结构表征,研究了配体和配合物的抗菌性质。结果表明,该Schiff碱配合物具有很好的荧光活性,可用于电致发光材料中,而且具有较好的抑菌性能。
Schiff base refers to a class of compounds containing the carbon-nitrogen double bond. Two classes new symmetrical Schiff base ligand and complex have been synthesized employing the reaction of 2-acetyl pyrazine, 2-pyridylaldehyde and 4,4′-diamino diphenyl ether. It's characterized by infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence spectrum. The antibacterial properties of ligands and complex were studied. Based on the experimental results, these complexes have particular fluorescence, and can be employed as emitting materials to fabricate electroluminescent device with antibacterial properties.
