摘要
健康中国"战略目标的确立,一系列健康政策逐渐成为研究的焦点。文章围绕健康的概念及重要性,对健康融入所有政策的国内外发展历程进行梳理,同时进一步对我国健康融入所有政策在死亡率、预期寿命方面的城乡差异进行相关分析,最后给出我国实行该政策的跨部门合作启示。
The establishment of the “healthy China” strategic goal has pushed the health industry to the forefront. A series of health policies have gradually become the focus of research. Based on the concept and importance of health, the paper firstly presents a summary of the international and domestic development processes of Health in All Policies (HiAP). It then analyzes the urban-rural differences in mortality and life expectancy in the context of HiAP of China. At last, it gives its implication for China in implementing the policy.
