摘要
马钱子是迄今为止治疗风湿顽痹、关节炎、跌打损伤、痈疽疮毒等效果确切的一味传统中药,但其主要的有效成分同时也是有毒成分,因此限制了其临床使用。从古至今,众多学者致力于马钱子减毒增效的研究,以期扩大临床应用。随着制剂技术的不断发展,越来越多学者采用新工艺、新剂型等手段来实现马钱子的减毒增效。本综述将对近年来马钱子新型制剂及其质量控制的研究文献进行归纳总结,为马钱子剂型现代化,质量控制标准化等研究提供参考。
Semen Strychni is a traditional Chinese medicine with definite curative effect on rheumatic stubborn paralysis, arthritis, bruise injury and carbuncle venom so far. However, its effective ingredient is also toxic, which greatly limits its clinical use. Since ancient times, many scholars have devoted their efforts to reducing the toxicity and increasing the efficiency of Semen Strychni in order to expand the clinical application. With the development of preparation technology, more and more scholars adopt new technology and new dosage forms to realize the attenuation and synergy of Semen Strychni. This review will summarize the research literature on the new preparation and quality control of Semen Strychni in recent years, so as to provide reference for the modernization of the preparation form and the standardization of quality control of semen strychni.
