摘要
以我国8家具有代表性的社会企业为研究对象,运用扎根理论分析技术,对中国情境下的社会创业过程进行探索性多案例研究。研究归纳与提炼了社会创业过程的关键构成要素:社会使命感和同理心是推动社会创业的重要动力,但需要先前经验和社会支持的保障才能更好地进行实践;机会识别是社会创业的关键行动,但这一行动需要通过双重逻辑、资源拼凑以及社会网络等行动策略加以推进;社会创业有力推动了社会变革,为广大民众带来福祉。
This paper takes eight representative social enterprises as research samples to conduct an exploratory multiple case study on the process of social entrepreneurship in China with grounded theory approach.Research results summarize key elements of social entrepreneurship process:Firstly,social sense of mission and empathy are important drivers of social entrepreneurship,and they need prior experience and social support to really conduct entrepreneurship activity;Secondly,opportunity recognition is the key action for social entrepreneurship,but the further deepen of these actions require action strategies which double logic,resource bricolage and social network;Lastly,social entrepreneurship is a powerful way to promote social transformation and bring benefits for the general public.
