摘要
目的探讨优质护理在急诊行清创缝合患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1～12月我院收治的42例于急诊行清创缝合治疗患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将其分为参照组(21例)与研究组(21例)。参照组患者采用常规护理方法,研究组患者采用优质护理方法。比较两组患者术前、术中的收缩压、舒张压、心率及术前、术后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果两组患者术前的收缩压、舒张压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);参照组患者术中的收缩压、舒张压、心率均明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术前、术中的收缩压、舒张压及心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者术中的收缩压、舒张压、心率均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术前的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后的SAS、SDS评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后的SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理总满意度为100.00%,明显高于参照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以急诊清创缝合患者优质护理,不会对患者心率、血压等生命体征造成不良影响,应激反应小,且能够改善患者的心理状态,提升护理满意度,效果确定,推广应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in patients undergoing debridement and suture in emergency department.Methods A total of 42 patients in the emergency department who underwent debridement and suture treatment in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the reference group(21 cases)and the study group(21 cases).Patients in the reference group were given the routine nursing,and patients in the study group were given the high quality nursing.Preoperative and intraoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate were compared between the two groups.And preoperative and postoperative self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were also compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in preoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate between the two groups(P >0.05).The intraoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate in the reference group were significantly higher than those in the preoperative period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group between preoperative and intraoperative(P >0.05).The intraoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before operation(P >0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores after operation in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for emergency debridement and suture patients will not have adverse effects on vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure,and the stress response is small.It can also improve the psychological status of patients and enhance the satisfaction of nursing.The curative effect is determined and the popularization and application value is high.
