摘要
目的讨论在急诊护理中,应用优质护理的方法所取得的效果。方法从该院2016年4—12月接收的老年急诊患者中选80例,分成对照组和观察组两组,每组40例,对一组患者采用比较平常的护理,而对另一组采取优质的护理措施。比较两组的护理情况差异,主要包括患者护理情况、患者评价情况、患者不良反应情况。结果对于患者护理情况的效果,观察组为90.00%,对照组为82.50%;观察组患者对于自己所接受的护理方法的评价情况的好评率为95.00%,观察组的好评率为80.00%;在发生不良反应的方面,观察组发生的概率为10.00%,对照组发生的概率为27.50%,前者比后者发生的概率更小。相对于对照组患者而言,观察组的患者得到的护理情况更好(P<0.05)。结论采用优质的护理措施可以取得更好的效果,患者对这种方法的评价更好,急诊科可以加大对优质护理方式的应用力度。
Objective This paper tries to discuss the nursing effect of applying quality care in emergency care. Methods 80 elderly patients admitted to the hospital from April to December 2016 were divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 in each group, with more common care for one group of patients and one for the other group High-quality care. The differences in nursing conditions between the two groups were compared, including patient care,patient evaluation and patient adverse reactions. Results The effect of patient care was observed in 90.00% in the observation group and 82.50% in the control group. The favorable rate of the patients in the observation group was95.00%, and for the evaluation of the nursing method they accepted was 80.00% in the control group. Adverse reactions, the observation group occurred probability of 10.00%, the control group occurred probability of 27.50%, the former than the latter probability of occurrence is smaller. The patients in the observation group received better care than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of quality care can achieve better results, and patients are more likely to evaluate this approach. The ED can increase the application of quality care.
