摘要
目的探索在医学教育中引入慕课教学方式的作用及影响。方法我校临床医学专业大四学生分成实验组和对照组(n=45)。实验组学生通过引入的慕课学习方法进行教学过程,同时改革教学方法。对照组学生应用传统授课方式,在教学过程中不应用慕课教学。教学结束后,学生统一接受考试测评和问卷调查,评估两组学生学习效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组测评成绩及对教学的满意度均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将慕课教学方式引入传统教学可以提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the influence of Massive open online course on the traditional teaching mode of medical colleges and universities.Methods The clinical medical students in our hospital were divided into control group and experiment group.The students in experiment group drew into the scene teaching resources in the teaching process and adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode.The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching methods.After the end of the teaching,the students accepted the examination evaluation and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the students in the control group,the students in the experimental group had higher scores in examination and teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moocs on the traditional teaching mode has significant effect on improving learning ability.
