摘要
采用磷系阻燃剂FRC-1对涤纶织物进行阻燃整理,通过分析阻燃整理各工艺因素对阻燃效果及分散染料热迁移性能的影响,确定了既满足阻燃性能要求又对分散染料热迁移影响小的工艺条件。实验结果表明:在阻燃剂FRC-1质量分数为6%,整理液pH值3,焙烘温度为180℃,焙烘时间为90s的条件下,织物的阻燃效果好,耐久性较好,且整理后对织物上分散染料的热迁移性能影响较小。
Phosphorus-based flame retardant FRC-1 was used for flame retardant finishing of polyester fabrics.Through analyzing the influence of each process factor of flame retardant finishing on flame retardant efficiency and thermal migration of disperse dyes,the process conditions which met flame retardant property and had little effect on thermal migration for disperse dyes were determined.The experimental results showed that the fabrics exhibited good flame retardant efficiency and durability under the following conditions:the mass fraction of flame retardant FRC-1 6%,pH of finishing liquid 3,curing temperature 180℃,and curing time 90s.After finishing,the thermal migration performance of the dispersed dyes on the fabric was less affected.
