摘要
探讨了阻燃聚酯纤维的一些基本染色特性,包括染色温度对上染百分率的影响、不同染料的升温上染特性和不同染料的提升性能。实验结果表明,阻燃纤维在较低温度下就有良好的可染性,可在100~110℃染色,阻燃聚酯纤维的染色转变温度比普通聚酯纤维低,应选择较低的始染温度。
Some dyeing properties of antiflaming polyester fiber were discussed, including the influence of dyeing temperature on the exhaustion, calefactive dyeing property and uptake property of different dyes. The results indicate that the antiflaming fiber shows perfect dyeability at low temperature, which can be dyed at 100-110℃, and its dyeing converted temperature is lower than common polyester fiber, so the foremost dyeing temperature should be low.
