摘要
马铃薯是全球第四大重要的粮食作物,营养价值高,其蛋白质容易消化、吸收,优于其他作物的蛋白质,维生素含量较全。文章分析了广东省饶平县进行冬季马铃薯种植的优势和发展潜力;介绍了冬种马铃薯的栽培技术,包括土地选择,基肥的施用、整地、马铃薯种子的处理等准备工作,播种、水分管理、除草、控苗促膨大、防霜冻、病虫害防治等中期管理,及适时收割等。
Potato is the fourth most important food crop in the world.It has high nutritional value.Its protein is easy to digest and absorb,and is superior to that of other crops.The content of vitamins in potatoes is relatively complete.This paper analyzed the advantages and development potential of winter potato cultivation in Raoping county,Guangdong province,and introduced the cultivation techniques of winter potato,including land selection,preparation work of base fertilizer,soil preparation,treatment of potato seeds,and mid-term management of sowing,water management,weeding,seedling control and expansion,frost prevention,pest and disease control,and timely harvesting.
