金银花水煎液对放射性食管炎患者的免疫调节作用 被引量:16

Immunomodulatory effect of honeysuckle decoction on patients with radiation esophagitis

摘要 目的:观察金银花水煎液对放射性食管炎患者的免疫调节作用。方法:选取150例食管癌放射治疗患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各75例,对照组患者根据照射剂量给予相应剂量地塞米松治疗,观察组在对照组患者治疗的基础上给予金银花水煎液,比较两组患者在放射治疗后,放射性食管炎发生率、发病程度、炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β1)、免疫因子(Ig G、CRP、补体C3及补体C4)、淋巴细胞亚群变化情况。结果:观察组患者放射性食管炎发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),发病程度低于对照组,两组患者接受放射治疗后各炎性因子水平均升高,观察组患者炎性因子水平低于对照组(P <0. 05);免疫因子CRP水平低于对照组(P <0. 05),Ig G及补体C3水平高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者CD3^+T、CD4^+T及CD4^+/CD8+水平高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组患者不良反应发生情况优于对照组。结论:金银花水煎液可有效抑制放射治疗引起的患者免疫功能下降情况,增强免疫水平,降低放射性食管炎发生率。 Objective: To observe the immunomodulatory effect of honeysuckle decoction on patients with radiation esophagitis. Methods: 150 cases of esophageal cancer radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each group.The control group was given the corresponding dose of dexamethasone.The observation group was treated with honeysuckle decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Incidence of radiation esophagitis,incidence of the disease,inflammatory factors (TNF-α,IL-6,TGF-β1),immune factors (IgG,CRP,complement C3 and complement C4) and changes of lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups after radiotherapy. Results: The incidence of radioactive esophagitis in the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P <0.05),and the incidence of the disease was lower than that of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors increased after radiotherapy in both groups.The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05),and the level of immune factor CRP was lower than that of the control group( P <0.05),the level of IgG and complement C3 was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).The level of CD3^+T,CD4^+T and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Honeysuckle decoction can effectively inhibit the decrease of immune function caused by radiotherapy,enhance the level of immunity,and reduce the incidence of radiation esophagitis.
