摘要
目的探讨以健脾为基础的中药复方辨证治疗对晚期化疗食管癌患者临床疗效及免疫调节的作用。方法回顾性分析2015年6月—2018年2月收治的晚期食管癌58例的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组30例和观察组28例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药复方辨证治疗。所有患者均治疗2个疗程,对比治疗前后症状积分变化、血清免疫因子水平、预后生存时间及毒副反应情况。结果2组治疗后症状积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白介素-2(IL-2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平高于治疗前和对照组,而IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组无进展生存时间、总生存时间长于对照组,毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以健脾为基础的中药复方辨证治疗应用于晚期化疗食管癌,可明显改善患者的临床症状、提高机体免疫功能,延长生存时间、降低毒副反应发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of dialectical treatment of Chinese herbal compound based on spleen strengthening on the clinical efficacy and immunoregulation of patients undergoing chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatments,they were divided into a control group(n=30,conventional treatment)and an observation group(n=28,conventional treatment+dialectical treatment of Chinese herbal compound).All patients were treated for 2 courses.The changes in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,serum immune factor levels,prognostic survival time,and toxic and side effect were compared after two courses of treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of patients in the observation group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the observation group were significantly higher,while the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).The progression-free survival and overall survival of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group,while the incidence of toxic and side effect in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dialectical treatment of Chinese herbal compound based on spleen strengthening is used in chemotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer,which significantly improves the clinical symptoms of patients,improves the body's immune function,prolongs the survival time of patients,reduce the incidence of a series of toxic and side effects,and has some value in the treatment.
