摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年8月我院收治的120例T2DM合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照入院治疗时间顺序分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平及心脑血管事件发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FPG、PPG、HbAlc水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均改善,且TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间心脑血管事件总发生率为11.67%,低于对照组的31.67%(P<0.05)。结论在T2DM合并冠心病的治疗中,应用阿托伐汀钙可有效控制患者血脂水平,降低患者心脑血管事件发生风险。
Objective To investigate the application effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 cases of T2DM patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the time sequence of admission,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets on this basis.The levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),postprandial plasma glucose (PPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FPG,PPG and HbAlc between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group improved,and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the observation group was 11.67%,which was lower than 31.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of T2DM with coronary heart disease,atorvastatin calcium can effectively control the blood lipid levels of patients and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
