摘要
冠状动脉介入术是目前冠心病治疗的重要手段,传统的支架植入存在支架内再狭窄、需长期双联抗血小板等不足,药物涂层球囊作为一种新型材料,能克服以上不足,在支架内再狭窄中的优势已被证实,但在原位病变中的应用尚存争议,现对药物涂层球囊在冠状动脉原位病变中的应用做一概述,单纯药物涂层球囊也许可为冠状动脉原位病变的治疗提供帮助。
Percutaneous coronary intervention has been an important treatment for coronary heart disease.In-stent restenosis is a severe complication post stent implantation.Besides,it need a long-term double antiplatelet therapy.Drug-coated balloon can overcome these shortcomings,and its advantage to treat in-stent restenosis has been confirmed.But the use of drug-coated balloon in treatment of de novo coronary lesions remain controversial.This paper review the available scientific data regarding drug-coated balloon in treatment of de novo coronary lesions.
