摘要
目的探讨消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片辅助治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的效果。方法选取我院儿科2016年2月～2018年4月收治的84例病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组各42例。对照组患儿给予静脉滴注喜炎平注射液和口服双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,联合组患儿在对照组的基础上加用消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片。观察记录两组患儿的治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间、治疗依从性和不良反应总发生率。结果联合组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患儿的体温恢复时间、停止腹泻时间、大便性状恢复时间、停止呕吐时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患儿的治疗总依从率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲口腔崩解片辅助治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的治疗有效率较高,症状缓解快,患儿依从性好,且不增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Racecadotril Orally Disintegrating Tablets as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of pediatric viral enteritis.Methods A total of 84 children with viral enteritis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the control group and the combined group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of Xiyanping Injection and oral Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules,while children in the combined group were additionally treated with Racecadotril Orally Disintegrating Tablets on the basis of the control group.The total therapeutic effectiveness rate,time to symptom relief,treatment compliance and the total incidence of adverse reactions were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate was 95.24% in the combined group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 78.57%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery time of the body temperature,the time of stopping diarrhea,the recovery of stool property,and the time of stop vomiting in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the combined group was 90.48%,which was much higher than that of the control group accounting for 71.43%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Racecadotril Orally Disintegrating Tablets as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of pediatric viral enteritis can increase the effectiveness rate,alleviate the symptoms quickly,and obtain a good treatment compliance without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
