摘要
目的观察子宫压迫缝合术应用于剖宫产产后出血的治疗效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年7月我院收治92例剖宫产产后出血的产妇的临床资料,按照产妇所采取的止血方式的不同分成两组,50例接受常规止血治疗的产妇归为对照组,将42例采用子宫压迫缝合术治疗者纳入观察组。比较两组产妇术中出血量、术后2 h出血量、住院时间以及不良反应率。结果观察组产妇术中出血量、术后2 h出血量均明显少于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,产妇总不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论子宫压迫缝合术能有效减少剖宫产产妇产后出血情况,缩短住院时间,安全性高,在剖宫产产妇产后出血产妇中的应用价值高。
Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of 92 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different ways of hemostasis adopted by the parturient,they were divided into two groups.50 cases who received routine hemostasis were classified as the control group,and 42 cases who underwent uterine compression suture were included in the observation group.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the amount of bleeding after 2 hours,hospitalization time,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the amount of bleeding and the amount of bleeding after 2 hours were significantly lower than that in the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of total adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine compression suture can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section,shorten hospitalization time,and have higher safety.
