摘要
油菜是我国最主要的油料资源之一,同时也是世界上仅次于大豆和棕榈的第三大油料作物,因此提高菜籽油产量和改善其营养品质,对保障我国食用油供给具有重要的战略意义。本文主要介绍我国油菜籽制油和菜籽油精炼方面的新技术、菜籽油的适度精炼工艺,为日后菜籽油的深度开发和综合利用提供参考价值。
Rapeseed is one of the most important oil resources in China,and it is also the third largest oil crop in the world after soybean and palm.Therefore,it is of strategic importance to improve the production and the nutritional quality of rapeseed oil.This paper mainly introduces the new technology of rapeseed oil refining in China,as well as the moderate refining process of rapeseed oil,which provides reference value for the deep development and comprehensive utilization of rapeseed oil in the future.
