超声波处理下苦荞麦萌发及富集黄酮工艺优化研究 被引量:8

Optimization of Flavonoid Enrichment Technology and Germination of Buckwheat Seed by Ultrasonic Method

摘要 通过单因素实验和响应曲面分析考察了超声波功率、超声时间和超声温度对种子萌发率和芽苗黄酮含量的影响.结果表明:超声波处理可有效促进苦荞麦种子的萌发,增加苦荞芽苗中黄酮类物质的含量.超声波处理苦荞麦种子萌发的最佳工艺为超声波功率320W、时间30min和温度29℃.在此条件下萌发4d苦荞麦芽苗中黄酮类物质含量最高达8.24±0.32g/100g,相对于种子和对照分别增加1.857倍和0.478倍. Effect of ultrasonic treatment on the content of flavonoid of tartary buckwheat seedling and seed germination was studied.The change of flavonoid content during the germination of different culture time of tartary buckwheat seeds was analyzed.In order to obtain the optimum conditions of ultrasonic treatment on the germination of buckwheat seeds,the effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and temperature on seed germination rate and flavonoid content were established by using single factor experiment and response surface analysis method.The results showed that ultrasonic treatment can promote germination and increase the content of total flavonoid in seed seedling.The optimum conditions of germination of tartary buckwheat seeds were ultrasonic power 320 W,30 min and temperature of 29℃.Under these conditions,tartary buckwheat flavonoid content after the germination of 4 dseed was up to8.24±0.32 g/100 g,which increased by 1.857 and 0.478 times than that of seed and CK respectively.
