摘要
以黑苦荞为原料进行萌发,检测发芽条件及物质变化规律。结果表明,未经处理的苦荞发芽率为最高,且秋收后的苦荞在1年内随着时间的延长发芽率逐渐下降;在10 d的发芽周期中,光照和避光培养的总黄酮和总多酚含量为先上升后下降的趋势,水分和还原糖含量持续上升,淀粉含量持续下降,光照与否影响不大,但避光培养的芽重、胚轴和胚根的长度都优于光照。
The germination of black tartary buckwheat was used as the raw material, and the conditions of germination and the change of material were detected. The results showed that the germination rate of untreated tartary buckwheat was the highest, and the germination rate of tartary buckwheat decreased gradually in one year after the autumn harvest. In the germination period of 10 days, light and dark light culture of total flavonoids and total polyphenol content was first increased and then decreased, water content and reducing sugar increased, starch content decreased continuously, light or not is not affected, but the bud weight, hypocotyl and radicle length of dark are better than light.
