摘要
抗菌药物的出现和发展对人类战胜各种感染性疾病有至关重要的作用。由于抗菌药物滥用所导致的细菌耐药性已成为世界各国和地区所关注的公共卫生难题。通过文献荟萃分析方法研究国内外细菌耐药性现状,了解和探讨抗菌药物不合理使用和细菌耐药性所引发的影响。
The emergence and development of antimicrobial agents play a vital role in the fight against all kinds of infectious diseases. The drug resistance caused by the abuse of antimicrobial agents has become a public health problem in the world. In this paper, we analyzed the current situation of bacterial resistance at home and abroad through metaanalysis to learn the status quo, the irrational use of antibiotics and the social impact caused by bacterial resistance.
