摘要
在公立医院综合改革的纵深推进下,三级综合医院必须强化学科建设,优化资源配置,提升自身含金量以实现可持续发展。在对国内学科建设现状和必要性研究基础上,提出三级综合医院在学科创新时应抓住的关键点,包括完善学科知识体系、制度建设、资源配置3个关键方面,促进医院学科能力的提升,实现医院可持续健康发展。
With the implementation of comprehensive reform of public hospital, tertiary general public hospital needs to strengthen its discipline construction, optimize reslurces allocation and improve its competency so as to achieve sustainable development. Based on the status quo of discipline construction in tertiary hospital and the research of necessity, it shows that discipline construction in tertiary hospital needs to focus on completing knowledge system, system and resources allocation to promote discipline construction and hospital sustainable development.
