摘要
学科建设发展战略是医院可持续发展的基础和核心竞争力,直接影响医疗质量、技术水平、人才培养能力和综合实力。在总结并介绍北京大学第三医院学科建设发展战略探索的基础上,提出在学科建设方面,应注重学科建设的顶层设计和制定详尽的发展战略、注重人才培养与打造创新管理团队、注重以科学研究带动学科发展、注重完善学科建设的绩效管理与激励体系。
Hospital disciplinary development strategy is the basis and core competitiveness for sustainable develop- ment of the hospital. It directly affects the quality of medical care, the technical level, the ability of personnel training and comprehensive strength. Based on the exploration and thinking of disciplinary development strategy in Peking Univer- sity Third Hospital, it is proposed that discipline construction of the top-level design and the development of detailed de- velopment strategies, personnel training, and building innovative management team and scientific research leading academic development should be focused on, and the performance of the disciplinary construction management and incentive system be improved.
