摘要
荣誉学院是贯彻我国拔尖创新人才培养理念而产生的新型模式。荣誉学院的学生,也被认为是具有国际化视野的创新型、领袖型人才。在全社会都在关注大学生心理健康的背景下,研究荣誉学院学生的心理压力,找出压力来源,提出合理建议,促进荣誉学院学生健康生活,使其更好发展具有重要意义。文章以南京师范大学强化培养学院为例,通过访谈及SCL-90症状自评量表,问卷对南京师范大学强化培养学院2014级、2015级、2016级共311位学生心理压力现状进行调查,其中回收有效问卷298份。采用SPSS数据分析,结果发现,强化培养学院学生心理压力受到专业、年级、性别等影响,并通过进一步分析寻出影响强化培养学院学生心理压力的主要因素,并根据分析提出缓解学生压力的相应对策,这将对国内荣誉学院及学生的发展起到促进作用。
The Honors colleges is a new model that is implemented in the implementation of China’s top-notch innovative talent training concept. Their students are seen as creative and leading elites with international visions. As the whole society concentrating on university students’ mental well-being, it is of great significance to study the mental pressure of students in Honors Colleges, find sources of the pressure and bring up reasonable solutions accordingly. This essay is illustrated by the example of Honors College in Nanjing Normal University using interviews, SCL-90 Self-reporting Inventory and questionnaires. A total of 255 students of year 2013,2014, 2015 in the Honors College of Nanjing Normal University were interviewed in terms of their psychological stress status, among which 240 valid questionnaires were collected. Using SPSS data analysis, results show that Honors College students’ psychological pressure is influenced by gender, grade, study and interpersonal relationships and so on. The main factors which affecting Honors College students’ psychological pressure are found out by further analysis. And solutions are proposed correspondingly to alleviate the pressure. This study will bring a positive effect on the development of students, as well as Honors Colleges in China.
