摘要
针对目前石化行业中换热器清洗存在自动化程度低、效率差、安全性不高等问题,开发了一种直角坐标式换热器管程清洗系统的计算机测控系统,该系统由工控机、数据采集卡及相关硬件组成。软件采用LabVIEW编程,规划"己"字形清洗路径,实现机器人各种位姿的运动,完成换热器管程的高效自动化清洗。实验结果表明:系统控制指令响应时间为10.2ms,定位精度达到2.77%,符合换热器清洗作业要求,实现了换热器的自动化清洗。
Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation,inefficiency and low safety of Heat Exchanger cleaning in the petrochemical industry,a computer measuring and controlling system is developed for the Cartesian coordinate type Heat Exchanger tube cleaning.The control system includes IPC,Data Acquisition Card and related hardware.The movement of various positions and orientation of the robot is realized by programming via LabVIEW and planning a‘己’shape cleaning path,which achieves an automatic and high-performance cleaning of Heat Exchanger tube.The experimental results show that the system has a quick response speed at 10.2 ms of the control order and 2.77%deviation of positioning accuracy.It can realize the automatic cleaning of Heat Exchanger and meet the cleaning work requirements.
