摘要
慢行交通是大连未来城市绿色发展、可持续发展、公平包容等核心价值观的重要载体。大连市慢行交通发展战略研究以改善慢行环境、保障慢行空间、提升城市品质为总纲,结合大连慢行交通发展实际,科学制订慢行交通发展目标、指标体系、模式及策略,促进城市科学发展、睿智发展。
The slow-moving traffic is an important carrier of the core values of Dalian's green and sustainable development,as well as fairness and tolerance.The general outline of the research on development strategy of Dalian's slow-moving traffic is to improve the slow-moving environment,guarantee the slow-moving space,and improve the urban quality.Taking the existing development of slow-moving traffic into consideration,this paper develops the goal,index system,mode and strategy of slow-moving traffic in Dalian,which aims to promote the smart development of the city.
