摘要
2008—2017年中国乳制品进口增速过快,进口乳制品虽然在一定程度上满足了国内乳品企业对原料的需求及居民多样性的消费需求,但以原料奶粉为主的乳制品大量进口严重影响了国内奶牛养殖业,压缩了婴幼儿配方乳粉市场空间,液态奶大量进口也影响消费者福利。建议国家相关部门开展进口液态奶品质分析评价,加大饮奶知识科普宣传力度,引导消费者理性消费。
From 2008 to 2017,the growth of China's dairy products import was too fast.Although the import of dairy products satisfied the demand for raw materials of domestic dairy processing industry and the diverse consumption needs of consumers.The large imports of dairy products mainly such as raw milk powder affected the domestic dairy farming industry,and compressed the development space of infant formula milk powder market.The large import of liquid milk affected the welfare of consumers.It was recommended that the relevant state departments should carry out the quality evaluation of imported liquid milk,strengthen the popularization of drinking milk knowledge,and promote the rational consumption.
