摘要
[目的]研究细叶石仙桃石油醚部位的抗氧化能力,探讨其抗氧化活性和总酚含量之间的关系。[方法]采用冷浸法得到细叶石仙桃石油醚部位,以没食子酸为标准品测定其总酚含量,并采用ABTS体系和还原能力体系研究其抗氧化效果。[结果]细叶石仙桃石油醚部位对ABTS自由基清除能力与作用时间有关,还原能力与提取物浓度呈正相关。[结论]细叶石仙桃石油醚部位具有较好的抗氧化性能。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the antioxidant activity of petroleum ether extract of Pholidota cantonensis,and the relationship between total phenols content and the antioxidant activity of petroleum ether extract of Pholidota cantonensis. [Method]The petroleum ether extract of Pholidota cantonensis were obtained by cold-extraction. Total phenols content was studied using gallic acid as standard substance. The ABTS assay and reducing power assay were employed to study the antioxidant activity of Pholidota cantonensis. [Result]The clearance ability of petroleum ether extract of Pholidota cantonensis was accordance with the acting time,and the reducing power was accordance with the concentration of extract.[Conclusion] The petroleum ether fraction of Pholidota cantonensis has good antioxidant performance.
