中国粉煤灰的资源化利用研究进展与前景 被引量:78

摘要 针对我国燃煤电厂逐年增加的粉煤灰堆积造成的日益突出的土地和环境污染问题,论文总结了我国粉煤灰的物理化学性质、矿物学及环境地球化学特征,综合论述了我国粉煤灰在建筑工程(水泥、混凝土、筑路、建筑物建造)、农业(生产肥料、改良土壤等)、环境保护(废水、废气治理)、陶瓷生产、深度分离等低附加值应用以及沸石合成、稀有金属提取、地质聚合物合成、泡沫玻璃制备等高附加值应用领域的综合利用现状及研究进展,探讨了粉煤灰资源化利用存在的问题与发展前景。未来我国粉煤灰的资源化利用在聚焦于高附加值利用技术的突破和推广应用的同时,应高度重视粉煤灰的环境污染问题。 Regarding to the outstanding land and environmental problems caused by the increasing accumulation of fly ash generated from coal-fired power plants in China,the present review paper first summarizes the physicochemical,mineralogical and environmental geochemical properties of fly ash.Then the authors focus on the state of art and research progress of comprehensive utilization of fly ash,including low added value applications in the fields of construction engineering(cement,concrete,roadway construction,building construction),agriculture(fertilizer production,soil amelioration),environmental protection(treatment for waste water/gas),ceramics production,deep separation,as well as high added value applications in the fields of zeolite synthesis,rare metal extraction,geopolymer synthesis,foam glass production,etc.The paper finally proposes the existing problems and future prospects of fly ash utilization in China.New directions for the future utilization prospects of fly ash in China will focus on the breakthroughs and large-scale popularized application of those high-value-added utilization technologies for fly ash.Furthermore,high attention should also be paid to the environment effect of the fly ash.
