摘要
技术转移是科技进步引领经济发展的重要方式之一。探究京津冀技术转移网络特征可为进一步推进该地区技术转移进程,促进三地协调发展提供意见参考。利用社会网络分析法,从专利合作的视角构建了京津冀技术转移网络,并从结构洞属性、小团体属性以及个体中心性属性等进行特征分析。结果表明,电力行业相关的机构占整个网络的"半壁江山";京津冀新能源、新材料的开发成为未来合作的重点,是国家大力扶持的项目;河北省与北京的合作远远超过与天津的合作;京津冀机构合作主体主要集中在国企和国家级、省级重点高校。
Technology transfer is one of the important ways in which technological progress boosts economic development.A study of the characteristics of the technology transfer network will facilitate technology transfer and coordinated development in the region.Based on social network analysis,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei technology transfer network is constructed from the perspective of patent cooperation,and the features are analyzed from the perspective of structural hole attributes,small-group attributes,and individual-centric attributes.The results show that the relevant agencies of the power industry account for half of the entire network;the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei new energy and new materials has become the focus of future cooperation and a project supported by the country;the cooperation between Hebei and Beijing far exceeds that between Hebei and Tianjin.The main body of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei institutional cooperation mainly dwells in state-owned enterprises and national and provincial key universities.
