摘要
实验室是科学的摇篮、科学研究的基地、科技发展的源泉,对科技发展起着非常重要的作用。实验室建设是科技发展的基础支柱,实验室管理是科研工作的重要保障,是一项综合性工作。对实验室实行科学系统的管理是规范实验秩序、保证实验室正常运行和提高实验效果的必要手段。因此,必须加强实验室管理工作,向管理要效益、要质量,以推进科技事业发展。
The laboratory is the cradle of science,the base of scientific research and the source of the development of science and technology,which plays a very important role in the development of science and technology.Laboratory construction is the basic pillar of the development of science and technology,and laboratory management is an important guarantee for scientific research,and it is a comprehensive work.The management of the scientific system in the laboratory is a necessary means to standardize the order of the experiment,ensure the normal operation of the laboratory and improve the effect of the experiment.Therefore,the management of the laboratory must be strengthened,and the efficiency and quality of the management should be improved so as to promote the development of the scientific and technological cause.
