摘要
固定资产是高校发展和建设的重要物质基础。随着各高校对固定资产管理工作重视程度的不断提升,高校固定资产管理队伍的建设成为我们面临的共性课题。通过对高校固定资产管理队伍目前状况的分析,提出了从岗位编制、考核激励、技能培训、学习研讨以及人文素质教育等方面的改进措施,为建设一支人员精干、责任心强、综合素质优良的高校固定资产管理队伍建设提出了建议。
Fixed assets are important material bases for development of colleges and universities. As they put more and more emphasis on fixed assets management,the team construction has become a common task that we all face. Through the analysis of current situation of management teams of fixed assets,this paper puts forward comprehensive improvement measures on the position design,evaluation incentive,skills training,learning and discussion,and humanistic quality education. For the university fixed asset management team construction,this paper also makes proposals on the training of staff with high capability,strong sense of responsibility,and excellent overall quality.
